Returns Policy

Universal Specialities Ltd is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If the product is faulty, please return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt, with proof of purchase. We will exchange it or refund your purchase price using the same method for payment received. Universal Specialities Ltd has the right to decline returns if the product is not returned in its original condition or returned outside of the 14 day period. Please be aware any delivery fee incurred is non-refundable.

Returns are not accepted in clinics.

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act we do not have to give you a refund if:

  • you decide you don’t want the goods
  • you find the same thing cheaper elsewhere
  • you bought something for someone else that they don’t like or already have

Please contact us to arrange product returns.

Postage charges on returns are non-refundable. Universal Specialities Ltd does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit while being returned. We recommend that you use a postage service that provides tracking and delivery to the door. We will process your exchange or refund within 10 working days of receipt of your parcel.

Faulty Product

If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us at habithealth@uslmedical.co.nz. Quote your order number and we will arrange free return and an exchange or refund.
